1. Service Description

Personal Insight is a Telegram-based personality portrait service. Users provide their birth data and receive a personality reading generated by our analytical system. The service is offered in two tiers: Free and Pro (subscription).

2. Eligibility

By using Personal Insight, you represent that:

You are at least 13 years of age
You have the legal capacity to enter into these terms
You are not located in a jurisdiction where use of this service is prohibited
The birth data you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge

3. Account & Subscription

Free Tier: No payment is required. You receive a 5-card personality portrait with basic interactive features.

Pro Tier: Available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($49.99/year) subscription. Payment is processed through Telegram's in-app payment system (Telegram Stars).

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time via the bot. Access continues until the end of the current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice via the bot

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the system
Submit false or misleading data intentionally
Harass, abuse, or spam the bot

Violation may result in termination of access without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

The personality portrait generated for you is yours to keep. However, the underlying framework, algorithms, and system design are the intellectual property of Personal Insight. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit your reading without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Personal Insight provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reading
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, with or without cause. In the event of termination by us, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of a paid subscription.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the bot. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hong Kong.
